“DANCING THROUGH THE CHAKRAS”

Use the powerful tool of belly dance to open, clear, energise, release, heal and renew your spiritual energy system ~ the chakras. Every move of belly dance is designed to stimulate the feminine spirit and awaken the body, mind and soul to its highest potential. In this workshop I will take you on a journey through the chakras, teaching you the meaning of each chakra and which belly dance moves correlate and activate this energy source. We will then dance these moves and experience the freedom of spirit that each chakra produces when activated.

“BOLLYWOOD WORKSHOP”

In this fun workshop I will open your hearts to the world of Bollywood ~ India’s version of Hollywood. A world of spiritual Classical Indian dance, fused with Middle Eastern and Western influences. A wonderful workshop that brings colour and music alive in an exuberant way that only Bollywood can!

You will learn basic moves, a Mudra dance, Combinations and a Bollywood Group Stick Dance, as well as information about this amazing culture.

“POLYNESIAN WORKSHOP ~ HULA A SPIRITUAL DANCE”

Hula is an ancient spiritual dance, that tells the story of Hawaiian history, culture and mythology. Explore with me the ancient meaning of Hula and allow your spirit to flow with the soft undulating feminine movements it expresses.

Wear a grass skirt, join in a ritual of Lei giving and dance the blessed energy that Hula evokes. Aloha!!!

“GODDESS BELLY DANCE”

Enter the temple of the Goddess ~ where your body is the temple and dance is the prayer. Connect to the Divine essence and celebrate this dance of life, the dance of the feminine spirit. From its roots as a ritual of fertility, love, magic and worship of the divine feminine creator to continual self expression and evolution. In this workshop you will dance the elements of Fire, Earth, Air, Water and Spirit, connect and dance within the sacred geometry that holds the secrets of the the Universal dance. Come beneath the veil and enter the realm of

the divine self ~ the source of all wisdom. 

“RAKS GOTHIQUE”

Gothic Belly Dance is beautiful and often an intensely moving experience where the dancer reaches in to the deepest, darkest part of their soul and extracts those shadows. It can be at once gorgeous and mysterious, empowering and submissive, dark and light. Whether we embrace it or not, we all have a shadow self. As a Gothic Belly Dancer, we are choosing to share that side of our self. This workshop will show you that it is ok to dance in shadows some times, as long as it is your choice and that you are still releasing this energy in a positive way that is not harmful to yourself or others. We will look at signature styles, make-up, hair and basic Raks Gothique moves.

“YOGA FOR CHILDREN”

 Tracey has studied and trained in children’s yoga and now offers the opportunity for children to participate in this wonderful workshop.

All exercises are safe and are aimed at stimulating the child’s imagination whilst relaxing and stretching the body. Including a meditation, this workshop will provide a wonderful experience that children can integrate into their daily lives to improve concentration,  physical fitness, self confidence and to bring greater balance all round.

“COSTUMING WITH BITS AND PIECES”

Tracey’ s love of fashion and her ability to find bargains at markets, op shops and garage sales is the inspiration for this workshop. Here Tracey will show you how many different bits and pieces can be brought together to create a unique and stunning outfit. From Goddess, Tribal, Cabaret to Theatrical and more, Tracey will provide tips on buying, matching and extending on outfits you already have. A workshop not to be missed!!!

“JEWELLERY AND ACCESSORIES”

Another specialty of Tracey’s is how to accessorise your look.

Tracey’s workshop will include some simple jewellery making,

gathering some great tips and knowing

which items to work with for a particular style.

In no time you will be looking glamorous!

“MOTHER  & DAUGHTER ~ GUARDIAN & FRIEND WORKSHOP”

What a wonderful experience to share this ancient art form with your daughter, relative or friend. Tracey will take you on a journey of the heart, which will create a beautiful bond that can be expressed through dance.
